Customers who purchase an UPPAbaby Travel Bag to transport their UPPAbaby stroller or RumbleSeat are entitled to an additional 1-year warranty on their gear, in addition to the standard 3-year product mechanism warranty. The extra 1-year coverage applies only to damage sustained during air travel when the gear is packed inside the official UPPAbaby Travel Bag.

If your gear is damaged during air travel, simply contact distributor within 14 days of your trip to file a claim. To make a claim, you will need to provide:

• Name, Address, and Serial Numbers of both your gear and Travel Bag.

• Image of the damage to your gear.

• Proof of travel (Acceptable documents include boarding passes, baggage tags, or flight confirmations)
